Based at Richmond Council For Voluntary Service (RCVS), the Richmond CVS Volunteer Centre is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will take every possible precaution to safeguard any information you provide.

• All information will be used for our monitoring and information purposes only
• No information or contact details will be passed on to any other organisation without your written consent
• We will contact you only with your permission
• We will make initial enquiries about specific complaints or concerns on your behalf, before referring you to the appropriate agency/department
• If you have indicated that you are willing, we will put you on our mailing list for information on events, volunteering and other issues until otherwise instructed
• We will ask your consent for other agencies to forward information to you or whether you wish to join their mailing lists.
• You maintain the right to change your mind and have any personal information or data deleted. All we need is a written statement detailing your requirements.
• All information and confidentiality details will be reviewed periodically as required by the Data Protection Act.
