Volunteer Treasurer for Kew Out of School Club
Based at the Barn Church in Atwood Avenue, the Kew Out of School Club provides out of school care for children of primary school age mainly living in Kew. A not-for-profit organization, we are managed by a parent-led committee and are currently seeking a volunteer treasurer to join our committee and provide support to our paid bookkeeper.
Our bookkeeper processes all invoices for fees, banks monies received, pays invoices and manages the payroll. However, the financial management of the club has become increasingly complicated and we would welcome someone with financial and/ or accounting experience to help us to monitor cash flow against budget and account for the various grants received from a growing number of funding organizations.
For more information - with no obligation- please contact the Chair of the Management Committee, Janet Deboo
on 020 8940 5061 or email her on jdeboo@blueyonder.co.uk

Are you interested in becoming a Trustee?
RCVS is a registered charity which represents and supports over 800 voluntary and community organisations in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
We are currently seeking nominations for new trustees to be elected to the Trustee Board at the Annual General Meeting in October 2008 and with possible prior co-option.
RCVS is committed to diversity. Some sectors of the community are under represented on our board including younger people, disabled people and people from BME communities and so we particularly encourage people from these groups to consider applying.
People with experience in Finance, Law, Property Management or Marketing would also be valuable.
Trustees are expected to attend approximately two meetings a month.
